Airport CEO

The pitch
A detailed airport logistics sim about terminal design, passenger flow, baggage systems, stands, staff, services, and airline contracts.
How it plays
Airport CEO is a management game with a strong logistics backbone. You design terminals, route passengers through check-in, security, boarding, baggage claim, and services, schedule aircraft stands, manage staff, procurement, maintenance, and airline contracts, then keep turnaround times under control as the airport grows. The systems are most interesting when they overlap: a good gate plan can fail if baggage, security queues, janitors, or service roads cannot keep up. It is best for players who enjoy operational detail, long-form expansion, and diagnosing why one delayed process can ripple through an entire transport hub.
