Railroader

The pitch
An operations-focused railroad sim about switching cars, serving industries, hauling passengers, dispatching trains, and growing a working line.
How it plays
Railroader is less about abstract track painting and more about day-to-day railway logistics. Players assemble trains, switch cars, serve specific industries, coordinate passenger services, manage signals, assign AI engineers, and grow a working line through regular operations. The appeal is procedural rather than flashy: every car has a place to go, every siding has a purpose, and smooth service depends on planning moves before the yard gets tangled. Co-op strengthens that operating-room feeling. It is a strong pick for players who want rail transport to feel hands-on, grounded, and businesslike instead of simplified into route arrows.
